Mojito Grill is a unique way of cooking Cuban
food, combining the freshest ingredients with
traditional techniques. The key to our
cooking are the Caja China ovens, which
provide a traditional way Cubans have cooked
meat for decades. The principal of the oven is
simple—never let the flame touch the meat.
We use extreme temperature to sear the
juices in, which eschews the fat from the meat
which creates a natural crispy outside with
mouth watering juices inside. Adding our own
family au jus mojo we are sure you will agree
that our Cuban cuisine is the best you’ve
ever tasted.
